Shared recipient email addresses are used solely for delivering access to tours and related communication. Recipients will be able to view the email address of the purchasing user.

Payments
Payments may be processed through Apple In-App Purchases, Google Play, or third-party payment providers depending on your device and platform. We do not store or have access to your payment card details. Payments are processed securely by a third-party provider.
Data Retention
Tours and associated data are available for 5 days from purchase. We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services, manage accounts, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
Sharing Your Data
We do not sell your personal data. Your information may be shared with trusted service providers and technology platforms required to operate the app.
Account Deletion
Users may delete their account directly within the app. Deleting an account will permanently remove access to tours, history, and personal information associated with the account. This action cannot be undone. Certain information may be retained where required for legal, regulatory, fraud prevention, accounting, or operational purposes.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data in accordance with UK data protection laws. You may contact us via the Help & Support section in the app to exercise your rights.
